On how we got Chile to sleep in his bath dust

I never thought that owning a chinchilla would be so entertaining and fun! There was an adjustment period but now I can forever say that I love having him around.

While he is a handful, he provides us with cheap laughs and that says a lot in this household.

We put his bath dust out so Trina and Chad could see him. Well, apparently he was a little bit tired.

More photographic evidence of the tired little one. The first time he ever did this, I thought he was dying, seriously. Just think, chinchillas live for up to 10 or 15 years!
