Weight Loss and Christmas Lights

So, a week ago today I joined Weight Watchers. I was appalled that I was ten pounds overweight and wanted to change that.

This morning I weighed myself and I’ve lost 4.2 pounds! This plan is really working for me and now I think I’m getting used to it. Last night we went to Cracker Barrel and I had grilled chicken, two servings of green beans, and carrots. I NEVER eat that healthy out! It’s going to be harder to guess serving sizes on Wednesday when we eat out again, but I think I’ll be ok.

For me, the biggest wake up is how much I just over eat. I think that’s why I’ve lost so much in a week, I’ve eating healthier, but I’m also cutting back on eating too much.

Last night we walked around the Opryland Hotel looking at all the lights. They were beautiful.
