Weekly Weigh-In with Shrinking Jeans

So, Monday I weighed myself and I was officially down 8.4 lbs! I’ve been plateaued for a while so it’s amazing to see I had finally come past that. The best part is that I know that I’m staying down and will hopefully be under the overweight line on Monday.

When I started this diet I was almost thirty pounds over my desired weight. Now I’m less than twenty and while I have a ways to go, I’ve been fitting into my jeans that I couldn’t for a while. I still have muffin top in those jeans, which is my motivation to continue watching my weight.

I do have the Superbowl coming up on Sunday afternoon, but I think I’ll be ok and am prepared.

    Awesome progress!!!! Wow, 8.4# in three weeks is incredible!! I'll need to get my butt in gear if I want to get close to that in the next three! ;)

    ValleyGirl » Actually, the 8.4 lbs is since December 1st, the first challenge. I hit a rough plateau this past month. However, this morning I was even lower on the scale, so I think I've made it past that plateau.
