Shrinking Jeans, Summer Weigh-In
Today is weigh-in day and I gained a pound. I’m actually not too upset because I just took my measurements and I lost in three areas and stayed the same in one. So basically, the pound I gained is more than likely muscle!
So my weight went from 140 to 141.
I am trying to work out more and eat less and so far I think it is working. While I’m not aiming to be in a bikini this summer, I do want to look better, for me.
On a side note, I registered for classes yesterday. I will be taking Anatomy and Physiology II over the summer. I am prepared to give up my life to this class in June so don’t think about making plans with me during that month at all. Seriously.
This fall I will be taking several courses including: Microbiology, a basic Nursing course, Into to Accounting, Into to Women’s Studies, and Pilates! I think I am most excited about Pilates because I know the fall semester will be very busy.
So here is to another week where I exercise, drink water, and eat right!
