Summer Challenge

I’m not sure what I did because I lost 1.6 pounds this week! I thought I had blown it last night when I had like 4 redneck donuts (recipe will come soon!) but I managed to not gain!

So last week was 141 and this week is 139.4. Today I am starting 30 Day Shred and I might just die. haha I think I can manage it, but I am sure it will be difficult.

I did my measurements and I gained in a few and lost in a few. At this point, it is possible that my loss was muscle loss because the working out didn’t happen much this past week. So, we’ll see how next week goes when I start Jillian’s dvd. I actually own another Biggest Loser dvd that I used before. I made it through 5 weeks using it everyday and it totally kicked my butt! I also managed to lose just as many inches with it as I did when I did Weight Watchers, except I gained muscle with the dvd.

So, here’s to another week eating right!

Redneck donuts are basically like normal donuts, you take buttermilk biscuits and you fry them in canola oil with cinnamon, powdered sugar and milk. They are delicious, and I don't want to know what kind of calories they are.
