Shredding to lose inches!

Today is weigh-in day and I must admit, I’ve gained about a pound. I am not sad about this though because my measurements have come down. This means I am still building muscle!

Chest: – 1.5 inches
Waist: -1 inch
Neck: the same
Hips: +.50 inch

Today I did day 8 of the 30 Day Shred and I’m beginning to withstand the insanity much better. Only a few more days and then I can move on to level two!

  2. I’m with you Becca. Gained a pound back this week, but my husband made a comment as I got out of the shower this morning about my butt lookin’ good! That’s good enough for me! Keep on Shredding!!! :)

  5. Brooke: Yes, the first time I did a workout dvd I lost several inches, but I wasn’t losing pounds, so I gave up. This time I know what is going on. :)
