Weigh-In Time!

So, it’s Wednesday, which means it is time to weigh-in with the sisterhood.

*drum roll please*

I lost another pound this week! I now weigh 138.6!

I also took my measurements:

Chest: gained 1/4 inch

Hips: stayed the same

Neck: stayed the same

Waist: came down 1/4 inch

I will say that I wasn’t feeling sore most of this week, until last night and now I’m very sore. I also made sure to drink a lot of water last night to make sure I wasn’t retaining any after catfish and taters last night. However, our food was cooked very healthy because our taters were baked with vinegar, salt, and pepper! It’s one of my favorite recipes for homemade french fries but I wanted to make sure it didn’t stay with me.

I have also finished level two of the 30 Day Shred. I will begin level three today when I’m home from my Anatomy final (blech!).

SO, here is to another week! I’m hoping the pounds will continue to fly off!

  6. Unfortunately I am pretty sure I store most of my extra fat around my waist. :( But I am working on keeping it off! :)

  7. I am hoping I can do the Shred again after I finish. It’s been so helpful, but I know I have a ways to go.
