Weight Gain
I slacked off this week. Not only did I not exercise after Friday (when I finished the 30 Day Shred), I ate a lot of excess calories this week. A lot.
My final weight for this challenge is 142.6
My percentage weight loss: + .98%
sigh.
I realized this week that I have gotten back into my old habit of over eating with portions. I am going to start watching what I eat again and stick with serving sizes. I am also planning to get back into the swing of exercising. I need a break from the 30 Day Shred, but I will find something. :)

at least you know what areas you need to work on. maybe with the summer coming you can find something outside you enjoy doing.

You know, you’re right. I do know what I need to work on, but sometimes I just don’t have the willpower to accomplish it. I’m hoping, like you said, to find an activity I can do outside that will help.
Brooke totally said what I was going to. She's been doing that a lot today! No worries! You'll get back on track!

Don't get down, Becca! I kinda blew it this challenge to. Wait, I did blow it! Completely! But I know what I did wrong and I'm ready to fix it and get back on track.
I tend to go overboard on servings sizes as well. Especially when I'm out to eat and there's no way to measure or weigh things. I definitely need to work on that, too.
Keep your chin up and let's rock the next challenge!!

Thanks Christy! I'm starting the Couch to 5k ordeal with my husband and I'm hoping we can keep each other accountable and lose some weight at the same time. They said cardio exercise is the best way to burn fat and running is the simplest way. I'm hoping to do the shred every few days to keep up my muscle that I've built.
