Lose for Good Challenge

So I am finally updating my weight-loss and all that jazz for the week.. I know, about time!

Weight: 146.8

Loss: .2 lbs!

Overall I lost a little bit in my thighs and hips (yay!)  Waist stayed the same, bust and arm went up an inch.

As far as the EA Sports Active challenge, I’m doing great! I’ve been doing it every day, except for the rest days and I feel like I’m getting stronger. I’ve been completing the challenges on medium so I don’t wear myself out.

I had my first real Pilates class Tuesday and tomorrow is day two. We’re also measuring ourselves there, so I can compare what everything is.

    Way to go with the exercise! I've been doing EA Sports on medium, too. I did high intensity for a couple of days, and was just too tired too move. Medium leaves me in a good place for the day.

    if you're anything like me, losing anything off the hips and thigh area is a success!!! :D

    Glad you're enjoying the EAS Challenge! I find myself looking forward to it everyday. Crazy!! Have fun in Pilates! I can't wait to hear more about it!
