Shrinking Days of Summer: Beginning

I run with the Sisterhood

I am weighing in at 147.8, down 2.2 pounds from last week 150. Woot! The weight loss gave WW online the chance to take away a point so now I only get 21 daily.

My measurements are as follows:
Waist: 33.5
Hips: 40
Thigh: 23
Chest: 31

I am also training currently, trying to run a lot. Gray and I are visiting the gym as much as possible, today we are going to lift weights and maybe cycle or use the elliptical machine. Every other day we are going to be jogging.

So here is to week two on Weight Watchers!

  3. Great job, Becca! I'm seriously considering getting back on the WW wagon. I've been treading water too long without the structure! So glad to hear that you and Gray are hitting the gym together!!!

    @Christy_TheSisterhood: You should! I knew it was what helped me the most so I signed up for three months with some extra money I had earned. It will take at least three months to lose some of this and once I know it's working, I'll stick with it.

    This time around I'm training so I'm trying not to over eat, but also to compensate for the training with good, nutritional food.

    @Christy_TheSisterhood: You should! I knew it was what helped me the most so I signed up for three months with some extra money I had earned. It will take at least three months to lose some of this and once I know it's working, I'll stick with it.

    becca have you ever used the wii fit? I am currently trying it, and i really like it! I am doing the yoga which is really hard for me and my balance (epilepsy) but i am getting better, of course I am doing all of the other exercises too! I just wanted to know if you had it or not, seems like i know someone who uses it… lol

    @Kaylee, Actually yes, I have! We got one about eighteen months ago, after tracking it down from store to store. I use the wii fit more with other "games" than the one it came with, but yes, I like it. :)

    I want the new Wii Fit Plus game. I think I get bored if I do the same exercises over and over again, so I have to switch it up sometimes or make goals for myself.

    @Cathy, Yay! My motivation is usually when I hit 150, it's the highest I've ever weighed and usually scares me into better habits.
