Shrinking Days of Summer: Week 3

*sigh*
I gained 2.6 pounds this week but I’m pretty sure it’s either water weight of muscle. Let’s look at the measurements.
Waist: -.2 inch
Hips: -1.2 inches
Thigh: Stayed the same
Chest: -.5 inch
So basically, I lost in all but thigh this week. That tells me it might be muscle, but it might also be water weight from pigging out a little yesterday, ahem.
I completed last week’s challenge and did 13.14 miles of exercise last week, woohoo!
So, this week’s goal is to actually count points, because I’ve been slacking in that area, however, I have been trying to eat portions (if it’s boxed food) rather than just scooping out what I want.

Great job, Becca! Even though your weight was up a bit, getting smaller is the goal. Sometimes it's those non-scale victories that mean the most.

since looking smaller is the real goal – great job and keep up the good work (minus the splurge!
) chug some water and i’m sure those extra pounds will come right off.

Great measurements! You can do it next week… Sometimes it is just getting back to what we know works!
