Ah, the dreaded weigh-in day. Just kidding.
As of today I have done the 30 Day Shred for 27 days. I am sooo ready to be done with it and take a break!
Here are my weigh-in weight and measurements.
Weight: 138.8 (I gained .2 lbs this week)
Hips: came down 1/4 inch
Chest: stayed the same
Waist: stayed the same
Neck: came down 1/4 inch
So overall, this week wasn’t so bad. If you are wondering why I’m not losing many inches/pounds it could be because I can’t resist smores. However, they are now all gone, so no more smores for Becca.

So, it’s Wednesday, which means it is time to weigh-in with the sisterhood.
*drum roll please*
I lost another pound this week! I now weigh 138.6!
I also took my measurements:
Chest: gained 1/4 inch
Hips: stayed the same
Neck: stayed the same
Waist: came down 1/4 inch
I will say that I wasn’t feeling sore most of this week, until last night and now I’m very sore. I also made sure to drink a lot of water last night to make sure I wasn’t retaining any after catfish and taters last night. However, our food was cooked very healthy because our taters were baked with vinegar, salt, and pepper! It’s one of my favorite recipes for homemade french fries but I wanted to make sure it didn’t stay with me.
I have also finished level two of the 30 Day Shred. I will begin level three today when I’m home from my Anatomy final (blech!).
SO, here is to another week! I’m hoping the pounds will continue to fly off!

Last night I almost caved in and didn’t shred. I wanted to take a night off because it’s been so crazy with finals, tests and papers due.
Instead, after my fast food dinner (I know, *hides*), I got up and shredded. I am currently on Level Two and I finished Day 4 last night and will do day 5 sometime today. It is totally kicking my butt.
Now, I had noticed this week that I wasn’t losing weight, but I gained a bit. I realized it was either muscle, or I was over snacking. I figure it was a bit of both so I’m really trying to but back on snacking unless it’s fruits and veggies.
So, here’s my info:
Weight: 139.6 – I lost one pound this week!
Measurements:
Neck: the same
Hips: lost 3/4 inch
Chest: lost 1/4 inch
Waist: the same
I am so just so happy to have lost a pound on top of some inches! This coming week I am going to try my hardest to watch what I eat and hopefully those numbers will be even bigger!

Today was day one of level two doing the 30 Day Shred.
Holy COW.
We bought my some two pound hand weights yesterday and today was my first chance to use them.
Again, HOLY COW.
I can handle the traveling pushups, but the pendulum lunges?!
How about the cardio? Wow, is level two going to kick my butt!
At least it shall hopefully kick some inches off of my butt.

Today is weigh-in day and I must admit, I’ve gained about a pound. I am not sad about this though because my measurements have come down. This means I am still building muscle!
Chest: – 1.5 inches
Waist: -1 inch
Neck: the same
Hips: +.50 inch
Today I did day 8 of the 30 Day Shred and I’m beginning to withstand the insanity much better. Only a few more days and then I can move on to level two!

I just finished day number five of level one in the 30 Day Shred.
My arms may very well fall off my body by the end of the day.
This week has been pretty busy for us. I have a whole boatload of homework/tests/paper/presentation stuff happening in the next three weeks. I’m trying so hard to study ahead of time, but it seems like I just might go crazy anyway.
Friday we had lunch with Gray’s parents and grandparents on their way to a mini vacation. It was nice to see some family and eat out for a change! We’ve been keeping busy between school, work, and church related activities and I personally can not wait until summer!
Yesterday I went to a study session at school for my Anatomy lab practical this week. I plan on going again tonight and making sure I know this stuff! It’s tough material, but it’s all relative to my body and good knowledge to have. I’ve learned so much the past three months and I’ve really enjoyed it all. I am hoping and praying to make it through without stressing myself out too much. I hope I can do well in the upcoming tests. It will definitely be a challenge!
