			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ah, the dreaded weigh-in day. Just kidding. <img src='http://grayandbecca.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>As of today I have done the 30 Day Shred for 27 days. I am <em>sooo</em> ready to be done with it and take a break!</p>
<p>Here are my weigh-in weight and measurements.</p>
<p>Weight: 138.8 (I gained .2 lbs this week)</p>
<p>Hips: came down 1/4 inch</p>
<p>Chest: stayed the same</p>
<p>Waist: stayed the same</p>
<p>Neck: came down 1/4 inch</p>
<p>So overall, this week wasn&#8217;t so bad. If you are wondering why I&#8217;m not losing many inches/pounds it could be because I can&#8217;t resist smores. However, they are now all gone, so no more smores for Becca. <img src='http://grayandbecca.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, it&#8217;s Wednesday, which means it is time to weigh-in with the sisterhood.</p>
<p>*drum roll please*</p>
<p>I lost another pound this week! I now weigh 138.6!</p>
<p>I also took my measurements:</p>
<p>Chest: gained 1/4 inch</p>
<p>Hips: stayed the same</p>
<p>Neck: stayed the same</p>
<p>Waist: came down 1/4 inch</p>
<p>I will say that I wasn&#8217;t feeling sore most of this week, until last night and now I&#8217;m very sore. I also made sure to drink a lot of water last night to make sure I wasn&#8217;t retaining any after catfish and taters last night. However, our food was cooked very healthy because our taters were baked with vinegar, salt, and pepper! It&#8217;s one of my favorite recipes for homemade french fries but I wanted to make sure it didn&#8217;t stay with me.</p>
<p>I have also finished level two of the 30 Day Shred. I will begin level three today when I&#8217;m home from my Anatomy final (blech!).</p>
<p>SO, here is to another week! I&#8217;m hoping the pounds will continue to fly off!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[Last night I almost caved in and didn&#8217;t shred. I wanted to take a night off because it&#8217;s been so ]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last night I almost caved in and didn&#8217;t shred. I wanted to take a night off because it&#8217;s been so crazy with finals, tests and papers due.</p>
<p>Instead, after my fast food dinner (I know, *hides*), I got up and shredded. I am currently on Level Two and I finished Day 4 last night and will do day 5 sometime today. It is totally kicking my butt.</p>
<p>Now, I had noticed this week that I wasn&#8217;t losing weight, but I gained a bit. I realized it was either muscle, or I was over snacking. I figure it was a bit of both so I&#8217;m really trying to but back on snacking unless it&#8217;s fruits and veggies.</p>
<p>So, here&#8217;s my info:</p>
<p>Weight: 139.6 &#8211; I lost one pound this week!</p>
<p>Measurements:</p>
<p>Neck: the same</p>
<p>Hips: lost 3/4 inch</p>
<p>Chest: lost 1/4 inch</p>
<p>Waist: the same</p>
<p>I am so just so happy to have lost a pound on top of some inches! This coming week I am going to try my hardest to watch what I eat and hopefully those numbers will be even bigger! <img src='http://grayandbecca.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>

<p>Holy COW.</p>
<p>We bought my some two pound hand weights yesterday and today was my first chance to use them.</p>
<p>Again, HOLY COW.</p>
<p>I can handle the traveling pushups, but the pendulum lunges?!</p>
<p>How about the cardio? Wow, is level two going to kick my butt!</p>
<p>At least it shall hopefully kick some inches off of my butt.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today is weigh-in day and I must admit, I&#8217;ve gained about a pound. I am not sad about this though because my measurements have come down. This means I am still building muscle!</p>
<p>Chest: &#8211; 1.5 inches<br />
Waist: -1 inch<br />
Neck: the same<br />
Hips: +.50 inch</p>
<p>Today I did day 8 of the 30 Day Shred and I&#8217;m beginning to withstand the insanity much better. Only a few more days and then I can move on to level two!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just finished day number five of level one in the 30 Day Shred.</p>
<p>My arms may very well fall off my body by the end of the day.</p>
<p>This week has been pretty busy for us. I have a whole boatload of homework/tests/paper/presentation stuff happening in the next three weeks. I&#8217;m trying so hard to study ahead of time, but it seems like I just might go crazy anyway.</p>
<p>Friday we had lunch with Gray&#8217;s parents and grandparents on their way to a mini vacation. It was nice to see some family and eat out for a change! We&#8217;ve been keeping busy between school, work, and church related activities and I personally can not wait until summer!</p>
<p>Yesterday I went to a study session at school for my Anatomy lab practical this week. I plan on going again tonight and making sure I know this stuff! It&#8217;s tough material, but it&#8217;s all relative to my body and good knowledge to have. I&#8217;ve learned so much the past three months and I&#8217;ve really enjoyed it all. I am hoping and praying to make it through without stressing myself out too much. I hope I can do well in the upcoming tests. It will definitely be a challenge!</p>
