			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I weighed in at 144.8. I up .2 pounds from last week. This week was a struggle. I think the running caused me to want to eat more and now my body is hungrier. It&#8217;s always hard to figure out how many calories I should be taking in while exercising. </p>
<p>Pilates class is now considered intermediate and so it is now burning more calories. I just need to find a balance. </p>
<p>I will do my measurements later.</p>
