Argh. I think Brooke is right, I need to take a break and just focus on eating right and exercising and stop weighing myself for a while.</p>

<strong>Challenge Total Loss</strong>: +3.6 lbs<br />
<strong>Total Weigh Loss since August ’10 (153 lbs)</strong>: 2.6 lbs<br />
<strong>Pushups</strong>:<br />
Total for each day: 97 113 130<br />
Maximum for one set: 25 28 33</p>
<p>I repeated week 4 for the pushups. This week was easier than last week, so I guess it was a good thing!</p>

<strong>Challenge Total Loss</strong>: +2 lbs<br />
<strong>Total Weigh Loss since August ’10 (153 lbs)</strong>: 3.8 lbs<br />
<strong>Pushups</strong>:<br />

Maximum for one set: 25 28 33</p>
<p>So I stayed the same weight this week, which is great for me considering my week! The push ups are getting super tough&#8230; I just finished up week 4.</p>

<p>Sigh. This week was awful. A lot of stress with school and craving for chocolate. I think you can catch my drift. Honestly, I&#8217;m getting too close to the highest number again and that causes me to panic. I truly wish I had more time to work out and paid more attention to healthier eating options. I WILL get this under control.</p>

<p>What a rough week. I ate a lot of crappy food this week&#8230; it&#8217;s been very stressful, but I stuck to the push ups challenge, yay!</p>

<strong>Challenge Total Loss</strong>: 0.2 lbs<br />
<strong>Total Weigh Loss since August ’10 (153 lbs)</strong>: 6 lbs<br />
<strong>Pushups</strong>:<br />
Total for each day:<br />
Maximum for one set: 15</p>
<p>I&#8217;m considering doing cardio on the days I don&#8217;t do the push ups. I have all these Wii and Xbox games I need to pull out and dust off. The whole purpose of buying them was so I could workout at home. I need to get off my butt and stop being so lazy about working out.</p>

<p>Whoa&#8230; how is it already Wednesday?! Last week I was a total slacker about the push ups but this week I bought the app for my iPhone and have pushed through. I&#8217;m proud of myself. I&#8217;m pretty sure my weight gain this week is muscle mass, and I&#8217;m ok with that, for now. <img src='http://grayandbecca.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p><strong>This Week</strong>: 147.6 lbs<br />
<strong>Last Week</strong>: 146.5 lbs<br />
<strong>Challenge Total Loss</strong>: -.4 lbs<br />
<strong>Total Weigh Loss since August ’10 (153 lbs)</strong>: 5.4 lbs<br />
<strong>Pushups</strong>:<br />
Total for each day: 30, 33, 42.<br />
Maximum for one set: 10</p>
<p>So now that I&#8217;m a bit out of my exercise rut, I need to get moving more! The push ups are so easy and only take 5-10 minutes. I&#8217;m thinking of maybe doing the sit up challenge as well, not sure. We&#8217;ll see how this one goes first, I guess.</p>

Total Weigh Loss since August ’10 (153 lbs): 6.5 lbs<br />
Pushups: Total #FAIL. I kind of forgot to do them at all.</p>
<p>A lot of people asked where the team name &#8220;D.U.M.B.O.S.&#8221; comes from. Although I could really do a long post about this, it&#8217;s basically an inside joke with my friends from Sophomore year in college. Samantha and I met that year, I was a sophomore and she was a freshman. We lived a few doors down from each other in the honors dorm on campus. A lot of the girls on our hall were joining sororities, and my friends and I made up a fake one, with Dumbo as our mascot. Delta Upsilon Mu Beta Omega Sigma&#8230; or something to that extent. We were the procrastinators so that became our motto&#8230; &#8220;Procrastinators Unite!&#8221;</p>

It&#8217;s time for a fresh start! I&#8217;m ready for some action! Yesterday I did my initial pushups test because we&#8217;re doing the 100 pushups challenge. I did 10 girlie pushups. I&#8217;m not surprised by the low number because I have weak wrists. Hopefully by the end I will get better!</p>

<p>Since this challenge is for buddies, I teamed up with Samantha, one of my BFFs from college. <img src='http://grayandbecca.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  We decided to be &#8220;Team D.U.M.B.O.S.&#8221; which will only makes sense to a handful of people.</p>

<p>Today marks the end of this challenge. I&#8217;m debating taking a break from the Shrinking Jeans challenges because I feel like I&#8217;m at a standstill. I don&#8217;t know, I will still weigh in each week, but probably won&#8217;t blog about it. I&#8217;m not sure yet.</p>
<p>Anyways, I lost a little this week and at least I ended the challenge with having lost something. </p>

<p>See-saw. </p>
<p>In my defense, I&#8217;ve had a LOT of stress this week. I know the gain is water weight and I&#8217;m doing my best to check my habits and try to stay away from salt the day or two before weigh-in. That&#8217;s where my weakness lies.</p>

<p>It seems that I&#8217;m just going back and forth during this challenge.</p>
<p>Last week I started to feel bad. Every time I ate, I felt nauseous or was fully pretty quickly. Yet, I knew I was hungry because my tummy kept rumbling. I weighed myself over the weekend, keeping in mind I weighed 146 last week. I figured 2 of those pounds were water weight and wanted to know if not eating was hurting me. I weight 141 pounds on Saturday. YES, weight does fluctuate, but I hadn&#8217;t been eating&#8230; it was like the loss of appetite when you have the flu.</p>
<p>I didn&#8217;t have the flu and I&#8217;m not pregnant. Apparently my symptoms matched up to IBS, and they all make more sense now. Thankfully, my appetite is back now. </p>
<p>This Week: 144 lbs<br />
Last Week: 146 lbs<br />
Challenge Total Loss: -2 lbs<br />
Total Weigh Loss since August ’10 (153 lbs): 9 lbs</p>
<p>The bright side is that I totally didn&#8217;t eat much junk at all this week, no desire to, really. <img src='http://grayandbecca.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
