haha Gray will probably not appreciate that title, but I had to root for the giants. After all, there is nothing perfect in the world, so the Patriots could not have a perfect season, at least in my book. Trina, Chad, Gray and I spent Superbowl Sunday in my apartment. The boys bought pizza, hot wings and drinks while Trina and I made dip and appetizers. It was all very yummy and we have plenty of leftovers.
I also got a call from the clubhouse stating I had a package. I raced over there with Gray to find out that my measure all cup had arrived from Pampered Chef! It really is amazing, more so than I thought it was. I think I am in love. haha Trina was really excited because I had bought her a recipe book so we have new recipes to try.
Aside from the superbowl craziness, I have good and bad news. The bad news is that my sister, who was engaged, has broken off things with her fiance. I would ask you to keep her in your thoughts and prayers at this time. The good news, however, is that I have a job interview on Tuesday. I’m pretty excited because although the Olive Garden interview went well, this interview is in my career field. I’m trying to not get too excited though, I want to go through the process with confidence and not so much nervousness as last time. I’m not going to lie, though, it’d be nice to get the job.
On the wedding front, there is some exciting stuff coming up. On the 15th, Gray and I are planning on meeting with our officiant for our second pre-marital counseling meeting. I’m glad to start back up on the meeting and hopefully get some things decided on.
On the 26th I’m schedule to go in for my first fitting and I’m super excited to see what they’ve done so far! Of course, in just a week we will be down to the 3 month countdown. This is probably the most excited part of everything. I’m going to have to whip it into gear and finish my wedding invitations, favors and a few other odd items. I’m also having to make guest lists for showers, my bachelorette party and trying to keep Gray from going crazy from school work. I have to say, I am so ready to be married.
